    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    We arrived home at 12:30. We started the wood stove, put everything away, picked up the dog and have been relaxing ever since.

    In case you haven't figured it out, I am going full Paleo starting tomorrow. Not for 30 days, but forever.
    WHY?

    Even though I have been Primal for over 3 years, I am still addicted to sugar, still inflamed, my hormones are still unstable and I have made no effort to improve omega 3 / 6 ratios. I have not made any new weight or health progress in over 2 years.

    I have already had major health issues, it is time to stop playing with 80/20. I plan to still follow the Leptin Reset protocol but with cleaner food sources. I will be adding some supplements, most importantly, high levels of Omega 3 and digestive enzymes.

    One thing that stuck with me from Robb Wolf's book was that people who have had gallbladder removal are most certainly celiac even if undiagnosed. So the gluten I pack in during a binge week could be doing untold damage. I have been living in a fool's paradise.

    I will post some Paleo information below for those who are interested.

    Paleo

    EAT
    • Grass Produced Meats (or lean conventional meats*)
    • Fish/seafood (wild caught is best*)
    • Fresh fruits (1 serving daily for weightloss*) and veggies (Limit starchy veg.*)
    • Eggs
    • Nuts and seeds (1 serving*)
    • Healthful oils (Olive, walnut, flaxseed, macadamia, avocado, coconut) (1 added fat/meal*)

    Don’t Eat
    • All Cereal grains (including white rice, quinoa etc.*)
    • Legumes (including peanuts)
    • Dairy (including HWC and Butter*)
    • Refined sugar (including all real and artificial sweeteners*)
    • Potatoes (including sweet potatoes*)
    • Processed foods
    • Salt (try to cut down)
    • Refined vegetable oils
