Well, the food and pie have been eaten. I tried a taste of every single pie. Fabulous. Since I had my first beer last night, I am at 23 non primal hours. I am setting 6 pm as my absolute limit on eating today. Good thing I couldn't possibly eat another bite.

I woke up full of joy today. Then I saw Canio's post and my mood skyrocketed. Yay Jon!

I am planning to really knuckle down from now until xmas. I am still hovering on the edge of a new weight. I plan to bust through 210 and get as close as I can to 199.

My eating plan will be Leptin Reset, but low carb instead of my usual 75 to 100 grams. I will be getting back to the gym full time (5x / week) as of Sunday. I am really excited to take on this challenge.

Today we are going to visit Lexington and Concord to explore Revolutionary war sites and then we move on to bowling. My inner history teacher is drooling.

You've been doing great P. I see no reason that won't continue. Hell, you'll be melting the snow this winter just walking outside with all the hotness you have going on.

    Thank You

That 210 weight feels like such a mental wall to me. I'm a little afraid that I will never break it. It is the low weight I hit 2 weeks before my Mom died. I have been on a roller coaster for the last 2+ years.

Jealous, I have never been to New England. The hubs and I keep saying we gotta go but then never quite make it. Our family are huge history buffs (well the boys and I, DD has put up a mental block).

Well, due to the cold, the history trip is being postponed. Going out for our traditional movie and bowling.
