    Isn't it a strange feeling to be happy with where you're at, even while you're shooting for more? I know I often feel a bit surprised that I'm pleased with the journey, even while I'm focused on the destination.

    I am so pumped today. I hit a new low weight, lost some inches and body fat - full report to follow tonight.

    Great day at work, caught up on my grades and finished the Progress Reports on my students. I feel like a "good teacher".
    Yesterday I was bad because I spent a lot of work time on MDA looking at beefcake pics of Patrick and Nachobrawler. ; )

    Ugh, Weak workout at the gym. I'm so tired and over stressed this week. Even my friend/ trainer saw that I was obviously slacking, but then he said that sometimes we all need a break.

    I am going to bed early tonight. I'm such a big baby.
