breaking 210 by Thanksgiving is not an unreasonable expectation. For me, though it would be much safer to decide my goal is to make it through Thanksgiving without a binge, and is more proof that while we are all in this together it is a very individual journey.

So exciting to be so close to a 20 year low!!!

I have to recaulk the bath tub today because last weeks caulk failed due to age. It never cured. Grrr.

I think I would rather go shopping.

Am I the only one that pronounces the 'l' in that word?

I try to pronounce the "L", but I always feel silly. Doesn't help that I usually talk about caulking in front of my dad.

Well, the new "caulk" was not as difficult to use as the old one. It was easier to pump up, but spewed all over the place, until I got a handle on it. Very messy, but I am happy enough with the results.

Now I have to do final prep for my big observation this week and I have to finish 1st quarter grades, also due this week. Nothing sexy about that. Carry on.
