Yesterday was a much better day. It is amazing what a little Midol can do. I'm glad that I am coming to know my body so well. Feeling like I did on Monday used to send me straight to food. Now I just use whatever tool works best to get to the root of the problem.

Good to hear it, if taking something works and makes you fell better, then take it! And no deer episodes by the looks of it!

Wt. 211.9 -2.6 from last Thursday. 7 weeks binge free.

My primal low in sept. 2011 was 210. I am now exactly two pounds from a weight that I have not seen in over 20 yrs.

Ttom is due in 3 days and yet I am feeling very strong and stable. No crazy girl, no urge to binge.

Husband is starting to notice. He says he might add a protein shake to his breakfast.

One 25g scoop in coffee and 25-30g of real protein. Real breakfast is usually 2 xl eggs, 4oz of ground turkey (85% lean has 20g protein, 93% has 27 grams!), sometimes bacon, peppers, onions and mushrooms for flavor.

I noticed that scoop of protein powder is HUGE. However, its a nice amount of protein. Ok.. Your breakfast gives me a clearer picture. Tonight I think I am going to get my eggs all cooked etc. so I can grab and go. As soon as I can manage to get my morning food in order I need to think how to get on the treadmill in the morning as well.
