I finish eating about an hour after waking up.

Currently, I use Body Fortress chocolate whey protein. 30g protein per scoop. 15.99 at Walmart. But I have just ordered Now Foods plain Whey isolate (25g) to help me get off the splenda. I will add cocoa powder and a banana or honey to it.

I used to make oatmeal smoothies - oatmeal, ice, frozen fruit, protein powder - using EAS proteins powders. They have some artificial sweetener in it, but I think it also has soy. It's funny how when trying to make certain protocols work, what "rules" we'll break. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd just buy Mark's stuff...

Gonna head to Amazon and see what kind of trouble I can get into there.

Yesterday went fine. I got out of rehearsal early. The drive home in my rental was harrowing. Packs of deer everywhere. I took the supplemental zero liability insurance for 9 bucks a day lest a deer hit my rental.

We ended up having mexican for dinner. I tried to make the best choices possible. Who knew chilies rellenos would have a flour casing. Up 2 lbs today. Grrr.

I think given your history with them, you are justified in calling those packs of deer, gangs. They sound like hoodlums to me, out on a school night, looking for trouble on the roads.

I've just been re reading my old thread "Feeling Sexy". I was inspired by the now locked "thread about sex". I have to say my thread was mostly informative and just good fun. There were lots of links to ideas for making sex better etc. Even Grizz's posts don't seem as invasive in hindsight. The link is below if you are interested.

Tired. Napped on the couch woke up ravenous and bingey. Ate a healthy dinner.

Have to go to practice, but wish I could skip. : (

that is something that will keep you out of the house when you are feeling bingey, and you are likely to be happy you went once you get there.

    my motivation

Things I choose to let go:

    All grains - including rice
    Refined sugars
    Legumes - including peanut butter
    Nuts and nut butters
    Alcohol and soda
    Chocolate
Acidic foods, such as pineapple and tomato
    Coffee and tea
    Eggs
    Curry
    White potato
    Dairy - including butter

I'm choosing to do this......... I don't HAVE to.

I'm doing this because I'm worth it - because I'm worthy - because I love myself.
