    Thanks guys,

I used to dread days like today. The great thing is that a long day does not necessarily mean a bad day for me anymore. I slept great last night and my new program gives me steady energy all day. I no longer have the powerful urge to nap in the afternoon.

Today I have school, then Fencing Club with my husband until 4pm. My husband will take me from there to get my rental car. Then we will go to dinner. Finally I have show rehearsal until 8:30pm. I'm sure there will be many pleasurable moments in there.

Sounds like a good day to me.

I really need to look at it again and see how I can make it work with my lifestyle. The whole 30 minutes after waking thing will be the most difficult task, I believe.

What do you use for a protein powder? I could easily knock back a protein shake every day.

    RE: penny floors.

I could see how some would be driven crazy by them, but I think part of the charm is the randomness. If they were all dress-right-dress, it would look nice, but you'd lose out on what the other side of the coin has to offer. If they were all dress-right-dress with the exception of one or two which were just slightly cocked to the left or right, then I'd go batshit crazy about it. But I think just tossing the pennies on the floor, laying them out however they fall and making it permanent would provide a nice charm.

I've seen it done on vanities, but not on floors. It would be a cheap flooring material - and durable for sure. Metal vs wood and what not.

I finish eating about an hour after waking up.

Currently, I use Body Fortress chocolate whey protein. 30g protein per scoop. 15.99 at Walmart. But I have just ordered Now Foods plain Whey isolate (25g) to help me get off the splenda. I will add cocoa powder and a banana or honey to it.

And just like that, the day is half over. It has been great so far.

I used to make oatmeal smoothies - oatmeal, ice, frozen fruit, protein powder - using EAS proteins powders. They have some artificial sweetener in it, but I think it also has soy. It's funny how when trying to make certain protocols work, what "rules" we'll break. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd just buy Mark's stuff...

Gonna head to Amazon and see what kind of trouble I can get into there.

Yesterday went fine. I got out of rehearsal early. The drive home in my rental was harrowing. Packs of deer everywhere. I took the supplemental zero liability insurance for 9 bucks a day lest a deer hit my rental.

We ended up having mexican for dinner. I tried to make the best choices possible. Who knew chilies rellenos would have a flour casing. Up 2 lbs today. Grrr.

I think given your history with them, you are justified in calling those packs of deer, gangs. They sound like hoodlums to me, out on a school night, looking for trouble on the roads.
