^That is a good one marcadav.

Yesterday, I started the tedious task of repairing the tile floor in the bathroom. It is one of those tiny tile floors. We were going to replace it, but decided to wait until we redo the whole bathroom. I finished the first patch yesterday. Pretty proud of how it turned out.

I am going to try out a new yoga class this morning. I have been waking with a tension headache every day. I am hoping that regular yoga will help.

Littlest wants a new floor in the bathroom. I have told her that is so far down the list as to be invisible. But...I saw an idea: retiling with pennies. It looked amazing. The copper/bronze color would be enough like our wall tile to co-ordinate, but enough different to look DIFFERENT. I am considering.

    Wow
That yoga class was intense. I haven't done such hard physical and mental work in a while. Feels great!

You guys are nuts. Pennies, small tiles? Next time, I want the biggest tiles I can find.

Yeah, I am with P on this one. Also, the penny thing looks awesome from a far and then I looked closely (at a picture I googled) and said "OMFG the pennies are not all facing the same direction and some are heads and some are tails and...oh hell no." So yeah, I would go nuts.

I am with Canio on the OCD need to have them all facing the same way. But the bigger the tile the more cuts you have to make and THAT is a royal PITA, put the kids to work on the pennies, it is actually pretty cheap on a price per square foot basis (or so I read).

Thanks, but not interested in penny floor tiles, no matter hoe inexpensive.
