I have been keeping all my daily weights on the "up day weight" category I created in MFP, it is very cool to see the jag slowly moving lower on the graph. Of course I only enter a weight in the "weight" category if it is lower than the previous one, so that graph shows a smoother downward movement.

However, I think the important graph for you is the number of days without binging, those are so much more harmful to your health than the weight. And honestly "sexy" is more the state of mind that the shape of the body (for the most part).

I can never figure out whether to put the e in bingeing or not. I used to do it a lot. I should be able to spell it.

I'm at 5.5 weeks without a binge. It is a miracle really.

I put the 'e', because otherwise it is binging, like Bing cherries, or Bing Crosby, and it sounds too weird to me.

But what is really needed is a good verb to describe NOT bingeing. Eating normally is just not visceral enough. Siobhan is good with wordplay. She needs to come up with a word.

    5 1/2 weeks is FANTABULOUS!!

5.5 weeks? Somehow I missed it was that long. I KNOW that you want the weight loss, but I guarantee that if you focus on health and binges, it WILL come.

Looked it up on dictionary.com. "Bingeing" and "Binging" can both be used.

The antonym of binge is saving. I don't think that it quite what we are looking for. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
