Too bad my boy doesn't drive yet.
I'm not sure about the monkey sex thing. We try not to be that obvious, but I guess it is good that they know we have a healthy relationship in that area.

    Supplements

I chose to take a break from all supplements today. I may actually stop everything for the next three days, and then add back the aminos one at a time at the lowest dose. I have to check on Julia Ross' symptoms of amino overload. I upped my aminos over the summer. It is possible with the added protein this last month, that I am getting too much.

Here is my amino list. Taken in 2 doses, 5am and 12pm
    L-tyrosine 2000mg daily
    5htp 200 mg
    L-glutamine 2000mg
    DL-phenylalinine 1000mg

    Other daily supps
    Centrum Multi
    D3 10,000mg
    Omega 3 750mg
    Chromium piccolinate 200mg
    Extra iron during ttom

With my family, it was always really easy to know when you needed to vanish while the parents sexed. If the bedroom door was shut, they were gettin' bizzay. To my knowledge, that and wrapping Christmas gifts were the only time that door was ever shut. All 3 of us kids made the mistake of opening that door exactly once.

We always knew when my parents were doing it b/c we could hear them clear as a whistle! Mom was loud and they had a waterbed...

Good hack on the protein and aminos. There might be something to it.

Toxins: yeah, not sure how I feel about "detox" as the solution - especially when it involves buying something from someone. However, I've heard those toxin releasing foot bath things at salons and spas are effective. Never tried one but have friends who swear by it. Maybe you could try it? It's supposed to help you feel less joint pain and less lethargic. *shrug*
