Re: Kruse's LR...now I remember why I didn't do this last year!! He IS an ass...& his attitude sucks & some of his ideas are a little out there. That being said...I will take some of the recommendations & apply them. I already eat a high protein breakfast...but only after I'm up for an hour or so. I just can't face food that soon after getting up! A high protein breakfast will get me thru the day until supper...& if I need something between that time a HB egg or something light works. Everyone just has to find their own way! but damn it's hard!!

Mega hugs on 9 days binge free!!!! What is your record?? sooooo proud of you & know how much you struggle at times!!! You go girl!!

If Dh were to get me a gift it absolutely would not be jewelry. More likely a new oven which I obviously would not consider a gift. If I want jewelry I buy it.

My issue is that my husband will likely spend too much.

My longest run without a binge this year is about 25 days. I think I have done it twice. I rarely get to 10. If I get 14 that will really be something. If I get 30, then I will know that I have finally found the last piece of my puzzle.

October 18th will be the 30th day...

Changed that for you because you can and will find that last piece of the puzzle.

Just trying not to be overly confident. The fall from highly optimistic hurts more.
Let's just say that it is going well at the moment.

I believe that life (and people) fulfills expectations (at least eventually). Expect that this is your eventually.
