There is no point (for me) in dropping one thing at a time; with my personality doing it little by little does not increase my success. If I really want to drop them, I'll do it all at once. Right now the desire is not there.
My small change is eating 100 carbs every day (25% of calories) for the next month to see if it helps lessen the # of binges. I'll keep my protein and fat constant at previous levels 100-135g protein (25%) and fats 100-120g (50%)
