Geez, what an ass. i have a tendency to do that, too. well, thanks to the many arguments i had with my mom as a teen, i'm generally able to hold off the tears until after the fight, but the tears still come regardless of how hard i try to prevent them.

Next time move the bench closer to the weights and tell the asshole to go fuck himself. "Hey buddy, common gym etiquette is not to talk to people who don't give two shits what you have to say. Go to hell."

Shit like this pisses me off.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

So, I told my husband...He is not happy. In fact I've never seen him so ready to beat somebody up. He says he won't touch the guy, just mess with him a little. Unfortunately he sees the guy often because both of them are at the gym in the morning. I hope he calms down. The guy is really not worth the effort.

Thanks everyone for the support. I know it was a long story.

Assholes at the gym are the worst type of assholes on the planet. He's probably one of those muscle bound asses who lifts the heaviest weight they can for 3 or 4 reps then drops the weight on the floor. I can definitely understand why your husband is pissed. If you were upset enough to cry, you were damn upset. I'm the same way when I gt upset and that is due to sheer frustration. I would kick him in the babies for ya!

I'm so impressed that you stood up for yourself. I have trouble with that myself. I, unfortunately, cry too. Sometimes at work. Sigh. Glad we're here for you - it's good to have folks to vent with sometimes.

Wt. 214.6 Same as yesterday. As Paleobird says, I can call it a real weight on day 3.

Today I will Sprint, Do the Essential Movements, Go to church, Pay my Mom's final bills and clean the main rooms of my house. I am writing this here publicly so that I will have to accomplish something or admit my lazyness to you all. Truthfully, I don't feel like doing anything. :P

Where is the rest in there? Good for you. If I put a list out, I'd probably just admit my laziness

I just finished my sprints. Whew. My chest is STILL burning. I love that they are intense while doing them, but short and then I'm DONE.
