^+1! What she said, the color I am wearing now is much better than it is when untreated.

    Hope the bunk sold!

We made $95. The bunk bed sold for $50. I have to be cashier at the pancake breakfast tomorrow, so I left my dining room chairs with them on consignment. If they sell I get half. If not, I have to take them home with me tomorrow afternoon.

Tired. We have to be back at the FH at 7 am for the breakfast. Phew.

Yeah for getting so close to your goal and the possibility of a bit more.

Oops, got too much sun yesterday.
I am going for another w30 this month, but I intend to weigh. I will also continue fasting under the 5:2 plan.
Obviously, I will eat before going to the pancake breakfast.

Good luck on the W30 Paula! I am going to start mine on Tuesday (grocery day), it will be my first time & I'm looking forward to it! I bought the book & read it in one night!...have planned out what I will be eating for 2 weeks (I buy groceries every two weeks), picked out some recipes to try & I'm raring to go! I think canio & Jenn are also going to start it again too, so I'll be following everyone since ya'll are the experts & I'm the newbie, well to whole30.

I downloaded the nomnom paleo app to my iPad, so I'm ready with some tasty looking recipes! I'm sure we're all gonna rock it!!
    Goal: Don't worry be happy!

Working the breakfast was hard but rewarding.
I bought 2 cool things at the FH yard sale today. A pan flute for my classroom and an old picture. I've mentioned previously that I collect antique pictures if they are labeled with a name. I post them on ancestry and then try to contact decendants. Anyway, this new pic is late 1800's. It is signed on the front which is very uncommon. It says, "Sincerely, Andrew Mack". I have done some research. Andrew Mack (1863-1931) was a famous Irish vaudevillian actor. He also wrote several well known Broadway songs.
