    I prefer to do yoga dvds. I have 2 that I like. Right now I am not enjoying the yoga because I have not done it in a while. I know it helps my back from going out if I am consistent.

    My first up weight after an UP day. I know this is normal and I did nothing wrong, but I don't have to like it.

    Today, I have my annual physical. I will get some new blood work. The yucky girl stuff will happen in September at my gyno annual, so today won't be too bad. I hope that I weigh less than last year. I want to impress the doc.

    I always have that thought when I visit the doc. It is funny because I usually weigh the same, even when I am so proud of myself for losing weight it usually gets me right back to where I was the last time I saw her. On a positive note, better that than heavier.

    p.s.you think it is bad to see the weight go up after an up day, wait till it happens after a down day!

    3 weeks in, and I still have no discernible UD/DD pattern. Sigh. I do actually gain after a great DD. Sometimes I lose after an UD. Go figure.

    I am like Ruth, my weight does not seem to directly reflect what I did the day before. It is why I need to chart on a graph, so that I can see the downward progress.
