Today I am playing hookey from school to hang with my husband. It will be a slightly late celebration of our wedding anniversary. Full report later.

What am I doing? Depends on the day.
My husband and I went to New Paltz, a college town, where we had coffee, wandered through bookstores, and other unique shops and had Japanese for lunch. Stuff we love to do together. We also got my car inspected and shopped at Lowe's for our dream kitchen and floor tile for the basement.
Then we came home and took a nap. I love mental health days.

Tomorrow is official weight, measurements and macro recalculation for the SPEED program. I will still have lost at least 10 lbs.
