Wt. 217.6. I took Cardio Kick(a$$) at the gym last night and lost 3.8 lbs. lol

Today I am playing hookey from school to hang with my husband. It will be a slightly late celebration of our wedding anniversary. Full report later.

My husband and I went to New Paltz, a college town, where we had coffee, wandered through bookstores, and other unique shops and had Japanese for lunch. Stuff we love to do together. We also got my car inspected and shopped at Lowe's for our dream kitchen and floor tile for the basement.
Then we came home and took a nap. I love mental health days.

Wow. That spammer quote came from last year.

Wt. 220.8 (+3.2) Hurray for MSG and Soy Sauce!

Tomorrow is official weight, measurements and macro recalculation for the SPEED program. I will still have lost at least 10 lbs.

Man, wish my hubs liked visiting coffee shops and unique stores and wandering through book stores and taking naps. What a great way to spend the day.

I love that you guys call it a "warrant of fitness". People should have to get those every year too, based on Primal principles of course.
