That would be me. The only dancing I can do is head banging! This is why I want to try martial arts like Krav Maga or do crossfit.

Wt 221.4 (-1) almost 10 lbs. I am really going to have to recalculate macros on Sat.

The Tribal class was awesome. I remember why I loved it so much. I left due to the musical and Mom's illness. Tjhe funny thing is that I toned some muscles while I was out of the group, so now I am a better dancer. She was teaching us belly undulations yesterday. She recommended practicing them against a pole. I can just imagine the reactions of my sons if they caught me in the basement "undulating" against a pole. My husband might like it though.

Congrats on the loss-I am jealous!

I would do it (undulate with a pole) in a heart beat if I thought my dh would be positively affected!!
