Life is a big fat roller coaster isn't it? We tend to have a slow and steady incline - reach a peak where all things are good for a brief moment in time............. and then the decent begins and down it all goes again......... a few twists and turns and the whole cycle starts over again! I find it almost amusing when I'm at the peak............ there is always something waiting at the bottom of the long fast run!

Glad to see you are on the incline again!

    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.

Last full day of school. Today I will finish paperwork, cleaning and organizing.

My exam grades came in from the scanner. There were 2 kids that failed by only one point. In the past a second teacher would have looked at the writing portion of the exam then the 2 graders' results would be compared. Now those kids fail the course. It sucks.

I am ready for this year to be over.

Yeah, like the boring of a second rectum!!

P, not really conversant with your education system, but can the kids take a retest, or is it course work type stuff? Either way, it sucks?

And that far away for retesting really serves these kids, jeeze! Our high school has a second chance week the week after school ends. Basically, kids that fail by like 5 pts or less can do this intensive week on the subject and then get credit for the course. This is separate from summer school and I believe costs nothing. You can only do it for one class, but it makes a world o difference for kids like the two you mentioned.

That is a great idea mudflinger.

They allowed us to do a second look regrade after all. My 2 and another teacher's student now have 65 on the exam and will get credit. Phew!
