Oh, I have never reached, according to my siblings, my full potential but I AM HAPPY.
    You too, huh?

According to my teachers all through school (mama dint do no kollege) "If Julia just appliiiiiiiiiiied herself,
she'd be in a lot better place."

Yeah, obviously didn't give two craps then, don't now, am INCREDIBLY happy, and even withOUT "applying myself" was making 80K a year when I quit work to have kids. SO THERE.

    But me, bitter? Naw, never.

Anyway! Paula! I'm sorry this is going on.

Sometimes it seems as if the man in our lives isn't rallying for SOMETHING in his life
that he really can't do anything about, he feels worthless. So why not go balls out on
something he can be mad about and take it out on you? Not saying it's right one bit,
just how twisted their minds can be when they're feeling helpless.

Yeah well, I say get over it! Him, not you.

Kevin is going to be FINE wherever he goes. He has FANTASTIC parents that will NOT let
    him fail, EVER.

    This is the truth.

Hope you guys are having a pleasant Father's Day.

The father and his boys over here are still sleeping!!!

    Julia

My Final exam is today for 60 students. Tomorrow is grading all day. I will pop on when I can.

I ate what I wanted for Father's Day and didn't exercise. I made a wonderful Primal dinner-pork chops with Primal shake n bake, twice baked potatoes and a spring veg medley. We topped it off with chocolate cake and ice cream.

Bill and I have made peace. I read Kevin's psychological testing report. More on that and my realizations tomorrow or Wed.

    Back on W30 today.

    Have a great day all.

    my motivation

Things I choose to let go:

    All grains - including rice
    Refined sugars
    Legumes - including peanut butter
    Nuts and nut butters
    Alcohol and soda
    Chocolate
Acidic foods, such as pineapple and tomato
    Coffee and tea
    Eggs
    Curry
    White potato
    Dairy - including butter

I'm choosing to do this......... I don't HAVE to.

I'm doing this because I'm worth it - because I'm worthy - because I love myself.

    Drumroll Please.............

I trumped my husband's Peter Dinklage sighting.

Last night I worked out with Daniel Craig and Rachel Weiss at my gym. He was wearing a baseball cap pulled low, very incognito. Oh my, that jawline. She seemed more approachable, but everyone left them alone to work out, which is why they use our gym when in the area. I was fascinated by her. She was on the treadmill doing sprints and skipping. I thought to myself. "If I can have a butt like that, I will gladly do sprints."

Testing went well; grading today. 4 days of school left.

Well, it seems like you have all kinds of incentives to go to the gym and be about town. The only celebrities I see around here are Wil E Coyote and Roadrunner. Well, their stunt doubles at least.
