I feel ya. I think the attempt is SO important. Sympathy and support is all I really want from one of those threads, if I'm participating.

Thanks I changed it by popular demand. I'm still waiting for someone to gripe because I'm holding (gluten-free) pancakes in the picture haha.

I've not been perfect with my whole30 either... first off, I still use condiments. Second off, my bacon is not whole30 approved gold-plated bacon from Wellness Meats. Instant fail. I don't eat grass fed/foraged/free range meats. I don't eat organic vegetables. This is strictly due to logistics and finances. We do the best we can. Said person needs to get over it.

P, our son started griping about rifle in 10th grade, and we gave him a choice...pick a school sport - any sport. We felt it was important for him to have a sport. An instrument would have done just as well, but I was not up for the constant nagging it would have taken to get him to practice it on a regular basis. With rifle it was just 2 practices a week, no need to do anything daily.

I posted to her too and just reiterated that people's goals are different.

Technically she is correct, but the only people that should give that advice are Melissa and Dallas.
This is precisely why I haven't joined this thread. I need encouragement not my hand smacked every time I flub up!
