I didn't feel corrected. When I saw your term, I realized I had it wrong. Don't want to confuse anyone.

Turns out a lever up is a difficult gymnastics move.

A few months ago, I tried a pull-up and could not even hang on the bar without pain. I could not hold myself up if I jumped up either. A couple weeks ago, I tried on a friends bar. I could hang, but it hurt just below my sternum. I could jump up and hold myself up, but it hurt in that same place. Operation core strength is a go! haha

I experienced that same pain at basic training when we were required to do push ups, sit ups and pull ups after every meal. Eventually, I stopped doing the pull ups and just said I did them.

I asked Brad last night if he wanted to get a doorway pull up bar. He looked at me like I was nuts.

My husband broke ours. It needs a new bolt. Luckily we have a pull up / dip tower in the basement.

Well, husband and W30 is not happening yet. I ran off a few pages from Whole 9 and gave them to him. Also, someone has been eating my Ghee. I think I'll put a sign on it that says "No ghee without whole 30"

The waist measurement is proportional to my height. My Dad used to say "You are built like a brick sh!thouse...they can pile the sh!t high" (meaning I am solidly built and hide my weight well.) I think he got that one from the marines in the 50's. But lest you think he was all bad he also told me that I was a late blooming rose and they are the most beautiful. Thanks, ladies for being excited for me. The one time that I was thin as an adult, my waist was 26 inches. Not too far away.

Today was one of those days where I was in a constant stress buzz. Bill is in training so I have to put Kevin on the bus. This makes me 30 minutes late for school, so I need to sneak in like a Ninja. All day I was finishing written exams while trying to do oral exams and keep everyone on task finishing final work. I misplaced a student's exam and found it again...an hour later. Finally, I had a room full for the extra help period and was simultaneously called to deal with a student melt down. He is a senior in my Fencing Club who was freaking out about leaving HS. I gave him a hug and said you will miss this place, but this is just the beginning. Then I told him to come talk to me anytime he needed to. He has Asperger's like my guys.
After school I had to run like a crazy to pick up medicine, my littlest at home (bus was already there when I arrived), and the big boys at the HS. EEEEK.

But now, I have eaten my dinner and am feeling sated. I am sitting in my chair looking out the window at the beautiful sea of green that surrounds my woodland home in spring. I can feel the stress draining away...
Except for the fact that I need to exercise and grade tests. Lol
