The first two days of W30 went well. I made it through the weekend without even a binge thought which is very good.
I am looking thinner today.
I started week 2 of bodyweight exercises. I am using Fitness 666 as a frame work, but looking at Al Ks site for tutorials and tips. I plan to buy both of his books Raising the Bar and Pushing the Limits as an end of school reward. I read some of RTB at Barnes and Noble on Saturday. Love his writng style. Very encouraging, like his grin.
I am working on 4/6 main moves each time plus adding pull up flex holds and negatives to the mix. My Upper body is weak.
Sun - Australian pull ups, straight leg bench dips, deep unassisted squats, hanging knee. raises Trying to do a pull / push exercise combo for upper and lower body each time.
Last full week with my students.
MIL has a consult on surgery today. I will update as soon as I know anything.

P - re: guar gum. Dallas & Melissa said it's okay in coconut milk....at least a long time ago, when I first did my very first W30.
Body weight is sounding good. My upper body is also week. I have a very strong lower body.

Australian push ups? I didn't realise we did them different to you guys.
Congrats on the first 2 days!! I'm struggling now, want some sugar soooo bad!!!!
