Either way, tape "I'm sexy!" over the display. That's the only thing you really need to know.

If it helps I have "P is sexy" taped over my scale display.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

OH OH! Can I use that too? I'm going to tape that UNDER the read out screen!

P - to be respectful of you're choice to not weigh for the whole30, I have decided to put away my scale as well. I'm going to put it in hubby's truck so it goes to work with him every morning. If I don't weigh nekid, first thing after my first trip to the potty in the morning - then the weight doesn't mean anything. If its in his truck I have no way to do that.

I'm on day 3 of my whole30 - but I'll push it to June 30 - so I'll do a whole34. That way we'll both be stepping on the scale the same day!

    DEAL???

    Awesome Ideas!!!

I am having the stressful day from Hell, but it is a DD and I am not hungry so it's not all bad. The humidity is killer here and the students are whining.

    Tomi Sounds good.

May Report Overall not including losing binge weight, I lost 3 pounds and 4 inches. I am at a new low of 213 lbs and am only 3 lbs away from my all time Primal low. Only 38 lbs from Goal.

    Starting Stats for W30
Wt.213 Yup. Wanted to post that again. : )
    Bust 40
    Waist 32.5
    Hips 44
    BF% 37.1
    BMI 30.6
    Other measurements recorded on MFP
*I am done with the scale until July 1st

Whole 30 starts tomorrow. I am rereading "It Starts with Food" and getting pumped.

    Happy Friday Everyone!

***That Darn ticker below should say 67lbs Apparently MFP is having an issue.

If you're doing the 666 as well, don't forget the old muscle/fat ratio, so I thinks the tapes more the go, over the scales.

Those scale ideas are great though!

Soooo glad its Friday, so echo you there!

MIL Report She had her trans esophogeal echo today. 2 valves are very bad. One inverted, one stuck open. She will definitely have surgery in Boston and they will be here in the northeast for the summer. My husband is still up in Boston with Kevin. He is helping his brother set up a first floor room for them. It is a sun room off the LR that is used for the kids toys and family computer. Bill and Kevin will come home tomorrow.

The surgery date has not yet been set.
