    Thanks for the good thoughts.

Body stuff I am on a fast day today, which means nothing but non caloric liquids until dinner, the 500 balanced calories.
Sun & Mon, I did lower calorie days where I skipped a meal or two. Of course Saturday I binged, so it all evens out. I ate dinner late last night and feel hungrier this morning. Hmmm.
My weight is still up a little, but within spitting distance of my hlfc low.

I love the body weight exercises and have set a goal of at least one pull up by the end of the summer. I can't tell if it is my imagination or not, but I feel my body resculpting lately. Of course I have my WW pics as future proof of making progress. I may take some shots in regular gym clothes as well for posting outside my personal journal.

    MIL Update

MIL will have her valve repair procedure on Friday morning. Bill is the healthcare proxy for both Mom and Dad after each other, of course. Bill will leave for Boston tomorrow to help them wade through the medical stuff. Dad will not be able to read any paperwork.

Bill will take our youngest son Kevin with him.
Our Kevin has Asperger's syndrome. Even though he is 9 years old now, he has a hard time with changes in his routine or expectations. He expects Grandma & Poppy to come to his house tomorrow night. We felt it would be rough to suddenly tell him they weren't coming and that he may not see them for a while. So he will go to his beloved Uncle Jimmy's house and get to spend time with G & P, his Uncle and Aunt and his cousins,. He will miss 3 days of school, but he's only in 3rd grade.

Unfortunately, the older boys and I cannot miss school at this point. I pray that all goes well and we don't lose her. Sorry, I don't mean to be negative. Regret can be a bitch. The big boys and I will call her this week before the procedure.

MIL Update See above for last night's info. It turns out that the procedure on Friday is not the valve repair, but the esophageal ultra sound to get a really good look at the valve. Then the decision will be made to use medicine or operate. The plans have not changed. Bill will leave with Kevin this AM.

Something is changing. This morning I blew through my lchf low and hit a weight I saw last in Jan 2012. I'm [this] close to my all time Primal low of 210 from 9/2011. I wanted to try and be coy about this, like canio, and hide the losses from you guys, but today I'm too excited.

Yesterday was a 500 cal fast day. Today I decided to eat breakfast and lunch but skip dinner because that works best for me. I plan to start a W30 on Sat, which means just dropping dairy, sweeteners, cured meats, and a few condiments. I will eat on the same eating window type schedule, however.

The Fitness 666 progressions are going great. Yesterday I did military press push ups on a raised platform, straight leg bench dips, deep unassisted squats, bent knee leg lifts, planks and I added chin up negatives. I plan to work on pull up progressions 3 days a week, because I want to be able to do at least 1 pull up by the end of summer.

A smile for today...My son Kevin keeps asking me to put on my Wonder Woman costume so we can play superheros.
