Body stuff I am on a fast day today, which means nothing but non caloric liquids until dinner, the 500 balanced calories.
Sun & Mon, I did lower calorie days where I skipped a meal or two. Of course Saturday I binged, so it all evens out. I ate dinner late last night and feel hungrier this morning. Hmmm.
My weight is still up a little, but within spitting distance of my hlfc low.
I love the body weight exercises and have set a goal of at least one pull up by the end of the summer. I can't tell if it is my imagination or not, but I feel my body resculpting lately. Of course I have my WW pics as future proof of making progress. I may take some shots in regular gym clothes as well for posting outside my personal journal.
