    You'll have some good family time in the car - 10 hours!! EEESH! I'm glad you're staying over a night - it would be a wicked trip to make in one day. Technically you'll be staying over 2 nights - just one is in the car

    Take care - your system is a bit compromised right now with the virus and the injury - healing, but still weak. Eat healthy - get enough sleep.......... you know the drill

    Will anyone be video tapping the concert? I'm sure ALL of us would enjoy seeing you rock out!

    Woke up with a bad attitude today and almost said F-it where food is concerned. It doesn't help that we have no money available to buy some of my Primal go to foods. But we have plenty of things that I can't eat.

    In the end, I scraped up enough good food to make the day. Maybe I'll just fast tomorrow.

    I need to see the chiro today, so I will write a hot check. My leg is still messed up and feels as if it could go out at any minute.

    On the good side, I put together my Battle of the Bands outfit. Black jeans, black tank top, black sneakers, White collared shirt. Accessories-silver studded leather dog collar, matching bracelet and belt, silver and black earrings.

    Welcome DD!

    Amazing what good food can do for a bad mood. I am feeling mentally better. I had bacon, eggs, greek yogurt and berries for breakfast.

    Last night I slept very badly and every time I woke up, my mind jumped to a negative thought about some stress in my life. It is interesting to note that last evening I took a dose of "Change o life" for the first time in a week. That stuff does bad things to my mental state. I am done with it. My body obviously does not need those herbs.
