I'll take a look but I really like the data output I get from BodyMedia and Jawbone has acquired their technology, so I'm really inclined to go that route. I wear a watch anyway, so a bracelet won't bother me, and it looks like thise rubber wristbands everyone wears so it'll be incognito in that regard. The best thing about the BM and Jawbone devices is that they differentiate between moderate and vigorous activity by monitoring your heartrate and I think the one I have works with Garmin heart rate monitors to provide info about that as well.

So much technology available! It's hard to choose!

I vote for hip-hugger bell bottoms and a bolero with fringe over a leotard. And feathers in the hair. There must be feathers!

Wt. 216.5 (-2.5) (+.7 from recent low) (+6.5 from all time Primal low)
FBS 82 Good drop. That is nk range for me.

Eating for the first time in 36 hours. I did a fast a la Sabine. Due to the rock band practice going late, I didn't go home between school and the gym. I took my cardio kick class and didn't feel like passing out. By the time I got home, it was 7:30. I had tea, fun with husband and went to bed.

I loved the fast day. I felt hunger for sure, but nothing terrible. I accomplished more work than usual at school and taught my classes with energy.

Unfortunately, I did not sleep well. I have an earache on the left side which started yesterday early morning. Every time that I tried to swallow, I woke myself up. Not sure if it is an infection or allergies. No fever, no other allergy symptoms. Will go to urgent care tomorrow if it does not improve.

Today a regular lchf day. Plan below (Using up my dairy)
    B 3 Bacon, 1 egg & mayo, coffee 2 tbsp hwc, 1 tbsp CO
L 3 oz chicken and 2 oz cream cheese, 1 bouillon
s 1 oz almonds, coffee 2 tbsp hwc
    D 3 oz meat, salad oo&v, 1/2 avocado

Fun with husband is a great way to end a fast day.

You lchf plan for today looks tasty, but are those enough calories? I can't remember what your calorie goal is, but that doesn't seem like very much food.
