Chris-My lchf days just naturally fall around 1400 right now, just by eating 3 meals and 1 snack. I have not been tracking. Tomorrow, I plan to eat normally. We will see what happens.

    oh, awesome!

On my fast days I put off eating as long as I can, I always make it to at least 4:30 when I walk in the door from work, sometimes I even make it to dinner around 6:30. I do add half and half to my morning coffee though so I am not without any calories, but it is only 50.

I wish I got home from work at 4:30... that extra hour would be so useful!

It is very nice. Of course my paycheck reflects that lost hour daily

If I make it to 5:30 tonight it will be a 24 hr fast. Maybe that is what I will aim for.

that is nice goal to shoot for.

It was not that long ago when I thought there was no way in hell I would even consider doing any version of an IF. Can't believe I now advocate it. You would think I would learn! But anyway, the biggest thing this has done for me is to remove my fear of being hungry. Why was I always so scared of being hungry? there are many worse things I have had to endure.

anyway, I am rooting for you, not just today but in the next couple of days, to see how this works with the binges.

Hey, you know what I used to do, is take the thing out of it's arm strap and put it in my
bra, left side of the boob, facing the same direction it would be if it was on my arm.

It worked REALLY well, no one could see it and everything still added up pretty accurately.

Try it sometime and see how it compares to an arm day!

Julia, I'm glad you posted that b/c I was going to ask Paula what she does with hers in summery weather. Bra is a great place... I was actually going to sell mine on ebay and buy a Jawbone Up. It's worn on the wrist like a bracelet and is less obvious. And since Jawbone recently acquired BodyMedia, they're considering a "trade in" program. If I hear anything about it, I'll share the news.

Used BodyMedia Fit Links are going for $75 or so on ebay.

That is an awesome band name!

Glad to hear about Bill getting a decent lead. Praying that things go well for him.

We just had band practice. OMG soooo much fun. We are pretty good for 3 rehearsals. 1 more rehearsal on Thursday next week then sound check, run through and Battle on Fri. Trying to think of a rock star outfit.
