    The Funny thing is that NK works fine for me, but the NK-Binge bounce back and forth is making me a crazy woman and probably hurting me physically.

    Karin You can read reviews on amazon. They actually helped keep me very stable, cut hot flashes, irritability etc., but I think that I have to stop taking them during my period. That would not be a problem for you. They are meant for women in menopause.

    hahahaha. As I was reading it I kept thinking of all that I have tried in the past 2 years, enough to make my head spin, and in the end -yes I am heavier.

    me too. Not heavier - but no lighter in the past 6 months since changing to HFLC. That might work well for the male population, and the rare female who doesn't have much to lose - but for us "fluffy" girls who struggle to lose 1/2 pound --- I now believe we need CARBS! bring me that sweet potato!!!! Even when I'm eating carbs freely - I never go above 120 grams. Remember Mark said that is normally the sweet spot for most of us. I'm staying right where I am.
