For those interested, the episode is up on the Daily Show website. P is visible very briefly

Mmmm love me some Coldstone! Definitely good news, nice to have a little indulgence with minimal consequence now and then.

Yes, my husband is actually on screen longer. We are quickly covered by the word Zygotes. lol We have on demand so we paused it to show our kids. Unless my administrators happen to be watching and pause at that spot, I am probably safe. lol

I think you'll be fine Yeah, I spotted the cap and kept watching him as the camera panned. Good episode! How long does it take to actually film?

An hour and a half. We waited 1.5 hrs to pick up the tickets. The a further 1.5 hrs to get in to the studio. Lot's of fun and totally worth it.

Weight up a pound today from intense exercise. Yesterday I ate 1200 calories, so it isn't food related. I also realize that I have not had a BM in several days.

Less than three days to the audition. I had hoped to break 220 by Sat morning. I know that it is totally a mental thing, but it would have been an ego booster.

I am still deciding on my audition song. In most auditions, they ask for 16 bars of a Broadway number in the style of the show. Rarely do they demand that you sing a song from the show. I could sing "Feed the Birds" from Mary Poppins. It really shows off my best vocal range, but I auditioned for this director with that song for Titanic 9 months ago. I have also prepared one of the songs from the show which is sung by the character that I want to play. It also shows off my voice well. Using that as my audition song could be good or bad. Good if he sees me as Lucy, bad if he sees me as pushy. lol
I may be prepared to sing both and decide as I listen to the other auditions. My friend who would love to play Jekyll/Hyde is singing a song from the show.

Grading is going well. I should be done by today. They are due tomorrow.

My shins are killing me from walking the streets of NYC. We walked about 40 blocks in all.

Getting your digestive system to catch-up will probably help with that minor gain! Do you have a go-to fix for that? I know some people like to use magnesium. (unbuffered) Vitamin C in higher doses works too, but can deplete electrolytes.
