Argh! I have a headache and I am STARVING.

    Boy, that was dramatic.

My bulletproof coffee bit the dust. Today it was only 1 tbsp of CO instead of that plus 3 tbsp of HWC and 1 tbsp butter. I used the butter with my 2 eggs. My breakfast was also missing the bacon (nitrites). Technically I should not even be having CO and butter (high in sat fat) for the first 3 weeks, but I couldn't figure out how to drop them.

    Lunch will be different too.

Saw this quote today & thought you would appreciate it:

"I can never take for granted the euphoria produced by a cup of coffee. I'm grateful every day that it isn't banned as a drug, that I don't have to buy it from a pusher, that its cost is minimal and there's no need to increase the intake. And thanks to the magic in a cup of coffee, I'm able to plunge into a whole day's cheerful thinking." Anita Loos

What were you looking at to get the recommended weight range? I have no idea what mine is

Most ideal weight charts range from 150 to about 174 for my height. Paleobird once said that a good low ideal weight formula is to start at 100lbs and add 5 lbs for every inch over 5 feet. Not sure how you would do that in cm.

I have never been 150 as an adult. The lowest I ever got was 165 and was happy there. 150 is for calculation purposes only.

^This is why I will drink my coffee even if it is black.

Nor do I. I'm good old fashioned feet & inches. So that would make me 130lb. My HSIS is 137 but I suspect I may need to get to 132 for my vanity weight so not far off then. Thanks.

I feel so weird today. Like I am hollow headed-very tired, dry eyed and headachy. Could all of this be withdrawal from Dairy and AS? I've had the same amount of coffee as usual, just black.

I am looking forward to my nut snack. Unfortunately, I have to go shopping first. Good thing that I made a shopping list last night. My brain has short circuited.
