So we got our parking space for the parade. We are here 2 hrs early. We are near Deisings bakery and our favorite Mexican place. The kids already got their donuts and hot chocolate. It is a beautiful sunny 50 degree day.

For lunch my boys will be eating tacos with steamed cow head, tongue and intestines. I will
be eating similar parts sans tortilla.

We look super cute and Irish. I hope to get some pics.

That food looks great, and so do you and your boys (though for a different reason, I don't want to eat them/you).

Well, I certainly had lots of protein yesterday. 100+ grams. I suspect there was flour in the steak dish. I also caught a cold at the Jewelry party on Friday and have been pretty sick all weekend. This is only my second cold this season. It seems to be almost over already. My FBS was elevated yesterday after a binge on Saturday (121). It stayed the same today. So I begin again. I am up 3 lbs.

I have to do Fencing Club again today because Bill has to work. Long Day.

As to the eating program, I am aiming for 70-85 grams of protein. I have added an egg to breakfast. I will add an ounce or two of meat to dinner and maybe a protein snack.

    I love authentic tacos!

I went a bit overboard on eating Saturday myself. We went to a bar for my birthday and I had 3 drinks that night, one Capt and diet coke and 2 long island iced teas. At the bar, Clint and I shared wings, mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers. No hangover yesterday, just really tired. I was back on top of everything yesterday though.
