    Does your monitor store BS readings? Maybe you could create an excel sheet. Jenn26point2 seems to know how to do that stuff.

    well I have already started a spreadsheet, its in my journal. I plan to add that data as well.

    Funny, when I typed BS.. I thought yeah, sometimes I eat shit and enter it in the food log..LOL

    Okay, I am feeling really confused...

    1)Do I continue with low protein (under 65)and lower calories (1600-1700) like this past week?

    2)Do I follow the Optimal Diet for real?
    78kg
    70-85 protein
    39 carb
    195 fat EEEK! 2223 cals

    *My first run of 25 clean days was under the Optimal Plan but with 2x fat. I lost 18lbs, but much of that was water.

    3) Do I go lower protein and lower calorie? 50g protein 1200 cals?

    Which of the three will make the weight fall off? I'll tell you one thing, I am done giving advice. No more preaching about minimum calories. Who knows what works? I'll just tell people what works for me...if I ever figure it out.

    P- I truly value your opinion. I know how you are feeling though in which way will make the fat fall off. However, like you say too everyones n=1 is different. When I cut my calories too low, my weightloss stopped, numbers speak. With the optimal, are you sure the 18 was water weight? What would happen if you followed it for a week or two and gathered data?

    I'm with you. Who knows. (Although I think you've had a great deal of success). I will say this. I'm eating around 40-50 g protein. It's a BIG struggle. There's not a whole lot of food there. And with your level of activity, don't know that it's enough? However, I'm wondering, if like everything else, we don't need as much protein as they say? On that note, I read all the way through this thread when I first started. She works out a ton and her protein seems somewhat low, relatively speaking.     This week, I am just going to eat the Primal NK food I want when I am hungry. With the macros of the Optimal Diet, I could eat a ton and not go over them.
    I am not going to track, just eat more than I have been.
