Wt. 226.1 (same-gym last night. I can tell that I am losing inches.)
    FBS 87
    ketones moderate

It has been a great week, but I'll talk more about that tomorrow in my weekly recap.

My kids are disappointed today because the mid west storm didn't show. Apparently, there is a chance of some snow tonight, when a coastal storm mixes with the remnants of that storm. Maybe they will get a 2 hr delay.

I have a chance to march in the St. Patty's day parade this weekend with the Coach House Players, not sure if I want to march or watch. I love parades.

I tweaked my knee a little at the gym, luckily today is a rest day.

Count me in the watching and Guiness-ing or green beer-ing crowd!

Nice to see the FBS and ketones results!

yes, I'm in the watching crowd as well, especially if you tweaked your knee. My sister was in a parade in high school, but I had to drive her, what a pain, had to be there hours before the start, standing around to walk for ever, and then hit major traffic trying to get out...it is possible I would have enjoyed it more if I was in it, but I doubt it.

I have never seen this parade and they say it is really good.

Speaking of tweaked knee...why oh why is my classroom in the basement of a 3 story building? I got to my classroom and realized that I did not pick up my photo copies. The copy room is on the top floor.

Parades are fun to be in, but really I rather watch.

Normally, I am all over campus during the day. It is just today that the stairs seem intimidating.

a twitchy knee is nothing to fool around with, compensating for it while walking can cause so many other issues. Baby it.
