Parades are fun to be in, but really I rather watch.

Speaking of tweaked knee...why oh why is my classroom in the basement of a 3 story building? I got to my classroom and realized that I did not pick up my photo copies. The copy room is on the top floor.
What a smart gal! Now you get exercise all day long (once your knee is stronger...)! I do this ON PURPOSE...!

Normally, I am all over campus during the day. It is just today that the stairs seem intimidating.

a twitchy knee is nothing to fool around with, compensating for it while walking can cause so many other issues. Baby it.

Nice to see these positive movements, P. Snow is kinda crazy over/down here right now. Roads weren't too bad this morning, though. We'll see how it goes as the day continues. Seems too windy for the snow to stick right now, but we had 1-2" when I left this morning.

It makes sense given the huge amounts of salt in processed foods. 100 years ago salt might have been used for preservation (and then washed off) or as a seasoning, now it is a huge part of the SAD, given the amount of processed/fast foods many people eat. If you are eating primally I fail to see why it would be a big deal as you would not be eating excessive amounts of salt.
