I just hate the idea that I am being watched. This guy is a friend. We share a love of theater. He has hurt his own back doing things wrong so I'll listen to him for now. I woke in the middle of the night with my entire left leg numb, so maybe I did do it wrong.

What am I doing? Depends on the day.
My legs go numb when my hips are out of alignment. Make sure you do some stretches! I usually have to focus on my hamstrings, especially on the right side, and then it's much better. Sometimes I have to put some pillows under my knees while sleeping on my back and that helps too.

I might have to see about getting this book you speak of. If my recollection of what a military press is, is correct, then I have a lot of work to do b/c I can only do two 10 lb dumbbells in that position... better google... Yep... that's what i thought it was... Also known as the shoulder press. Yeah... 10 lb dumbbells. Gonna have to work on it.

My kids are disappointed today because the mid west storm didn't show. Apparently, there is a chance of some snow tonight, when a coastal storm mixes with the remnants of that storm. Maybe they will get a 2 hr delay.
I have a chance to march in the St. Patty's day parade this weekend with the Coach House Players, not sure if I want to march or watch. I love parades.
I tweaked my knee a little at the gym, luckily today is a rest day.
