Don't give up what you want MOST, for what you want NOW
I feel old with the birthday being tomorrow. I've notice this in my 20's and am noticing the same with my 30's as well. I was fine up until turning the age of 25 and 35 respectively. I had the same issue each year until 30 hit and was fine again until 35. I'm not wanting 37 to hit at all tomorrow, whatsoever. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. All I know is that if I could hide in bed all day tomorrow, I would.

For me, age is just a number just like my scale weight is a number. They are information, sure, but very incomplete information. Both numbers say very little about who I am or what I accomplish. And I have very little control over either one apparently. I can do things that will help me make it to my next birthday and down to the next weight goal. And I can try to make sure I dont do things that will prevent that. But that is about it. No point dwelling on either number.
Eh, what is age? I'm 37 going on 13. All is good Geo. Live it up.
