Nicely done P. New low ftw.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

    Thanks everyone.
Husband's comment on the picture... "You look beautiful, but I have a triple chin."
I did not say "You should try Primal", But I have to admit I thought it.

I think they have to come at it on their own. The more I push DH, the worse the choices he makes. The more I leave him be, the better choices he makes. DH has come to be mostly primal on his own. It happens partly because I won't buy too much crap and partly because he's seen what a difference it makes for me.

Yep, my DH pushes hard if I try to help him with decisions. Truth is I feel confident that his skin issues are from grains-he is a huge carboholic. To the extent that I can get away with it, I don't make them. I usually do pasta once a week, and every time I do he makes a big fuss about how much he loves it and how I never make it. I smile and say "well you have it now". I have rolls in the freezer, so if he gripes too much I will pull out a roll or 2 and serve it with his dinner. But if he doesn't take leftovers for lunch he either eats out or does a "Healthy Choice" lunch both of which are basically pasta or rice. For the most part I would say he is about 80/20 though. So stubborn though. We had a huge argument because I wouldn't buy him instant oatmeal packets, hello sugar and zero nutritional value-even if you want to believe (and he does) that oats are good for your heart, no one believes the highly processed instant have any value except Quaker Oats company.

Wow Dr. Ede's week four ketosis wrap up was brutal. My take is that she is eating too low calorie along with the low protein, but her food sensitivities are extensive.

yes, she is definitely someone who has to focus on what she can eat because it appears to be a much shorter list. Wonder what causes all of those sensitivities?
