Feb was a null month for me. Too much stress. Son... now stupid VA.
There was definitely emotional eating. I maintained, and I'm OK with that.
Today is a new day, and it's a new month... and I'm still on my journey.

Our body is our subconscious mind, and anybody who thinks that their conscious mind is running the show is seriously mistaken. In fact the conscious mind just may be the most narcissistic entity in the universe, it thinks it's running the show. It's not.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.

I started Feb. strong --- ended miserably! 4 peices of pie over the past week resulted in a 4 pound gain. UGH. It all comes down to choices.

March is a new month - lets tackle this thing!

Pebbles, I am happy that things are starting to progress. Thank you for stopping by my journal during this difficult time.

You already teach at the local college but now you have to apply? Weird!

Well, I teach a College class at my HS and the students get credit through a local college. They finally wanted to know who was teaching the course. and if I was certified or certifiable.

Sonic So we had a crisis here this morning. My son told me our goat was not eating. I asked "How long?" He said "a few days". I went out to look at him. He was trembling and wouldn't come to me.

When the boys came home, they cleaned his shed and put in new bedding and hay. I brought him home some treats and went into his cage and hand fed him. I think he is depressed as well as ill. In the winter he is confined to his shed and run. As soon as the snow goes, he will be back in the yard on a tether.

Hopefully it will pass with some attention and extra care, We told the boys that they cannot let things like that be and any changes need to be reported to us immediately.

Red Neck BBQ Tomorrow Evening is the annual pig roast and drink a thon that takes place at the local fire house. The cost of admission is a food dish to share or some alcohol. Hope I can avoid the bad stuff, but still have fun.

You will have more fun if you do avoid the bad stuff. I would save that for the alcohol, and just eat the pig!
