    Good energy / mood all day. No urge to binge. 88% sleep efficiency. Happy with 1st day.

    Negative: Terrible dry mouth this morning even after drinking 100oz water yesterday.

    Yeah I did two days...out of 4 and not in a row. It triggered all of my "I want to eat" buttons, so I gave up. I think it was the lack of protein. I may try it again some time, but eat 60g of protein with the fat and 1200 cals.
