No Binge. On to Day 19. I think the most helpful things yesterday were the nap and the L-Glutamine. I had no further ideation issues after the nap and supplements.
The "circus" is kicking my ass. I have a copper IUD which causes heavy bleeding. That coupled with trying to become a fat burning beast is taking a lot of energy. For my sanity, I have to accomplish stuff around my house today. Time for the Flylady 15 min plan.
