    Having a bit of binge ideation (imagining what I am going to binge on) today. Could be that I was high on Primal carbs yesterday. Honestly, as I sat here thinking about it, I realized that it is Day 3 of my period and I did my usual Saturday kickass workout. It is interesting to me that I can analyze the binge behavior and decide on a plan of action.
    I took a 2 hr nap. Then took iron, 5htp and L-glutamine under the tongue. I am now drinking a BPC. I maxed protein eating left over steak etc. at lunch. The BPC should be the end of food intake for the day.

    I'll be honest and let you know if the binge happens, BUT as of this moment...

    you got this Paula. I am currently having some broth with a little butter in it. I can totally see a higher carb day causing binging thinking.

    I have been craving carbs something fierce for the last two days. I think this is why I have been so cranky the last few days.

    No Binge. On to Day 19. I think the most helpful things yesterday were the nap and the L-Glutamine. I had no further ideation issues after the nap and supplements.

    The "circus" is kicking my ass. I have a copper IUD which causes heavy bleeding. That coupled with trying to become a fat burning beast is taking a lot of energy. For my sanity, I have to accomplish stuff around my house today. Time for the Flylady 15 min plan.

    To Do list

    Dishes
    1 load of towels
    Pick Up, Dust & sweep main areas of house
    Bathroom
    Straiten up my bedroom

    Boys - Help with main areas, change bedding, pick up bedrooms, laundry, college app, homework
