Having a bit of binge ideation (imagining what I am going to binge on) today. Could be that I was high on Primal carbs yesterday. Honestly, as I sat here thinking about it, I realized that it is Day 3 of my period and I did my usual Saturday kickass workout. It is interesting to me that I can analyze the binge behavior and decide on a plan of action.
I took a 2 hr nap. Then took iron, 5htp and L-glutamine under the tongue. I am now drinking a BPC. I maxed protein eating left over steak etc. at lunch. The BPC should be the end of food intake for the day.
I'll be honest and let you know if the binge happens, BUT as of this moment...
