Oh probably those stupid little clips that hold things in place. They aren't meant to be removed. I've broken a couple in my history of car ownership.

So I went to Target.com to look at the BodyMedia devices again. So funny. Here's a link to the enormous price cut Target has on them currently. Brace yourself folks... that's a huge price cut! lol

Ok... Brad got a very sizable amount of overtime this week so I asked him if I could spend $100. He said yes... so I did. And I ordered a BodyMedia Fit. $119. Same cost as the Core, but qualified for Prime member benefits. Yes, I got a Prime Account too - I'll have my BodyMedia Fit tomorrow thanks to Prime.

Anyhow, thought I'd share that with you.

So happy for you. I think you are going to love it. I have used mine steadily for 3 years.

Well my husband and I went to dinner. Nothing non primal was eaten, but a huge volume and the sweet potato fries may have put me over on carbs. Good thing I am not weighing until next Friday.

    Good Morning,

I found out that vodka is great for sleep. I slept 8.5 hrs solid.

Bill and I had a great date night. We went to the High Falls Cafe which is a fabulous local bar and restaurant that has music. In fact my husband is trying to get me to do open mic night there in mid. February. Terrifying.

I am probably out of ketosis today, but they say a carb up day once in a while is good for you.
Final count on yesterday...2653 cals (pretty much my burn for the day) 82 g carb (13%) 198g fat (68%) 124g protein (19%)

Mentally, I'm still in the zone. It was nice to know that I could go out and have fun, but still have enough control not to go crazy. Next time I will skip the sweet potato fries.
When we got home my husband sheepishly offered me some Ben & Jerrys because it used to be my favorite. Although I wanted some desperately, I knew that it would mean a binge, so I said no thank you.

It felt freeing today to avoid the scale.
    Have a great weekend all!

So glad your planned night out went well food-wise. Stepping away from Ben and Jerrys? Priceless! Congratulations!
