Down 1.5 of the 2.5 I gained yesterday. 232-235 was my set point for most of last year, so it does not surprise me that my body is fighting to stay there.

Total loss for EMF week 4 is 4.5 lbs and 3 inches for a total January loss of 17lbs and 15 inches.

I am going to remain silent about my weight until final weigh in on (Fri Feb 1st)

Ha! I stayed off of here all day and got my grades done...2 days early...while still teaching kick ass lessons.
