I had a "friend" (more like an acquaintance) on FB who died in a car accident. Someone posting on his wall is how I found out. I believe is page is still open. People post on it periodically, especially around his birthday, to tell him how much they miss him. I think it serves a purpose. Maybe he's able to read it from the afterworld.

Going to get my hair cut after school. This is the longest it has ever been and I like it. So this will just be a trim and shaping.

I did nothing at school today but blow time on here. Have to redeem myself tomorrow. Later Gang.

interesting read going on here is P's journal! A slight hijack about military life............. and then what would happen to my cyber world if I die? how fun to read!

You guys, although virtual strangers, do add to my world!

    thanks...........

As for journals............... I have tried many times in the past to keep a written journal - but always fearing someone would eventually find and read it - I tore it up - every single time. My best friend has kept every journal she's ever started! All the silly "I'm in love with ________ , I wonder if he likes me?" ................. all the way up to the difficulties and joys of marriage and family. Personally - I want my deepest, most personal thoughts and feelings to stay within my own little pee brain!

    my motivation

Things I choose to let go:

    All grains - including rice
    Refined sugars
    Legumes - including peanut butter
    Nuts and nut butters
    Alcohol and soda
    Chocolate
Acidic foods, such as pineapple and tomato
    Coffee and tea
    Eggs
    Curry
    White potato
    Dairy - including butter

I'm choosing to do this......... I don't HAVE to.

I'm doing this because I'm worth it - because I'm worthy - because I love myself.

Down 1.6 today. (ok .6 is probably hair I left at the salon.) Binge free since 1/16. Feeling Great. I went to cardio kick last night for the third time in a week. Keeping up with my resolution to get to the gym 3x / week.

    Have a great day.

nah, it is all fat you are leaving behind! When I was in WW, I once gave myself a major haircut hoping it would bring my weight down. I weighed at home before and after and no difference, and I have a lot of hair. So nope, you are just getting thinner! congrats

I have pretty much decided that sleep is the key. The problem of course is that we don't have as much control over that as we would like!

Oh yes, when I was at WW, I tried many things to ensure my weight would be lower, not always on plan mind you. Actually that is why I stopped, it was getting ridiculous! The hair cut seems to make sense, not sure why it didn't make a difference. I mean I had a pile of hair that took 2 hands to pick up, nothin.
