It sounds like you have it all planned nicely in order to succeed. Good stuff P.
somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Sounds like a good day. And, if you start to feel the binge urge, we're here to support ya!

    Sounds like an awesome day.

On a side note totally off topic. Have you checked out edmodo.com? It is the coolest site for educators to use. Its like FB only you can give assignments and quizzes and it grades them for you.

I've got truffle (haircolor) on my head and sparkly pink nailpolish on my nails. The polish is called "hanna pinktanna" Stupid name but I like it.
Time for snack and a nap.

Ending my fabulous day watching one of the twilight movies and enjoying the hell out of it. I had a delicious dinner of pork chops and salad.

I like to weigh and measure on Sundays even though Tuesday marks the three week point on HFLC.
***Since 1 /1, I have lost 12.5 lbs and 12 inches. I will do an official report on Tuesday in the EMF thread and here if there are any changes.

Yesterday was awesome. I had zero desire to binge. Staying hydrated rested and fed was the key.

Today I am going to the movies with my husband. He will see Zero Dark Thirty and I will see Les Miserables. lol

I loved Les Mis. My godfather cried like a baby when we saw it together. Hope you enjoy!

Yay! I finally figured out how to cut snippets of the "Willy Wonka" DVD on Windows Movie Maker. Sorry this is 6 months late.

Shortly I will be posting 5 videos from the show for your viewing pleasure. You will see my 2 big scenes as Mrs. Gloop, my husband's scenes as Mr. Salt and the finale where you will here my 14 yr old son sing after sneaking around in our scenes in his role as Mr. Slugworth.
