We just do the drop offs as well. We never have enough stuff to get a good enough deduction on so its just not worth it.
If you guys have any tablecloths you want to get rid of, I'm in the market!
Journal on depression/anxiety
Curing IBS-C with Vitamin C and magnesium citrate.
I'm slowly purging my crap and some of our joint items. Unfortunately, it's not my crap or even the joint crap that takes up the most space.
"No fate but what we make"- Sarah Connor, Terminator 2
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"
My Primal Battle Tome
Hi Pebbles! Just read your whole journal (!) and wanted to say that I find you extremely inspiring. It seems like the "moar fat" plan holds some promise for you (and no one escapes the holidays without some slip ups). 2013 is a blank slate so keep on keepin on!
I make an itemized list of the amount and types of clothing. ie 10 pants. I use the valuation guide and figure it out myself because I do our taxes. I make the donation and then they put an official stamp and signature on it.
EMF challenge report
Well, my body reacts very badly to sugar, grains and lack of exercise. I gained 14 lbs since Christmas eve.
I measured everything. lol
I am eating 70+ % fat, under 35 carbs, 75 protein, no sweeteners real or artificial. Only the highest fat dairy. Once the cheese is gone, I will drop down to just HWC and butter.
Good Luck to everyone!
Happy New Year! Today is the 2 year anniversary of this journal.
Resolutions Last night I gathered nice paper and pens and invited my boys to join me in writing down plans for the new year. Sadly, my list is the only one posted in the kitchen. Men!
I hope to revisit these every month to keep me on track.
Exercise at the gym 3x/week minimum.
(I am paying $40 / month for my local gym. For the last 6 months, I have only averaged 1 visit / week. I love it, but I have to use it otherwise it is not worth the price.)
Strive to live grain and sugar free.
(A nice, positive way to look at it. Unfortunately, half measures don't work for me.)
Create a Budget, Follow it. Pay bills on time. Save Money.
(Goal 1:To improve credit score and refi new car)
Organize and Purge one room or house section / month.
(Preparing for the FH yard sale on Memorial Day Weekend.)
Read 1 non fiction book / month.
(I will be concentrating on paleo books to start.)
