At the gym, I've been watching a three part video series by Dr. Attia on You Tube by Jumpstart MD

JumpstartMD presents Dr. Peter Attia on the Role of Fat in Weight Loss - Part 1 - YouTube

He is very nice to watch. Handsome, Intelligent, Well Spoken, Handsome...lol

I like reading his blog, but I'm an auditory learner and his voice appeals to me. It also makes elliptical work go faster.

Good voice and good looking...nice combo I'm (unfortunately) a visual learner. Podcasts and such are difficult for me. I'm always hoping they have a transcript.

I am like Ruth, visual learner. I have given up on podcasts for learning anything.

p.s. the things I particularly like about Dr. Attia, are that he is a doctor, and that he advocates it is unlikely that any one program of eating is going to work for everyone, and that it is going to take n=1 experimentation. I also like that he doesn't try to sell you things (well except for the superstarch he uses for performance athletics-which absolutely does not apply to me!)

I conned my husband into going shopping with me today. The stores were packed, but we found a few bargains. We had a nice steak lunch at Applebees. Very Tired.
