That is a very well written and reasonable post, but I noticed it was on the nutrition forum. I don't think well written and reasonable posts are allowed in that sub-forum.

somehow I manage to leave my intelligence and decorum at the door wherever I go. I doubt your journal will be an exception to that - not on the rug

Indeed. I've stopped looking at any of the forums except for journals because of the goofiness.

Ok, I have jumped on. Lets hope that since it is out there we don't get a lot of goofiness or haters posting on it.

Thank You for the vote of confidence. My first (okay, second) reply was from someone wanting to correct my grammar.

I did my best to circumvent the haters ahead of time. Other than direct attacks, I do not plan to respond to them.

Sounds like a plan so I won't either.

    my motivation

    As per Marcadav:
    Do 30-60 days clean primal.
    No grains, sugar, alcohol.
Eat 3 meals and primal snacks.
    Don't track food.
    Don't tweak.
Don't expect issues to go away quickly. Instead, just follow the plan and see how things play out.
Decide on an exercise plan you can/will do consistently during the 30-60 days and then do it.
