so I am 5'7 and my wrist is 6.75 and I am pretty big boned (I know that all us fat girls say this but it is true), so you obviously also have a large frame. I have been between 160 and 170 several times in my life and it is about a size 10 for me. If I were you I would shoot for somewhere between Paula and I, which is 160 to 170. Paula has posted her macro goals up a few responses and mine are posted in my journal today. So somewhere in the neighborhood of 70g of protein, 30g of carb, and 140g of fat, and about 1700 calories, using the info from Paleobird's quote.
