Great job on your W30 so far! I am on day 2. Yesterday was a great day and I expect today to be great as well. Feeling sleepy - must be starting the carb flu. I knew it was time to do a W30 b/c my mood has gone to pot recently. In order to keep my depression in check, I need to eat properly. My depression presents itself as moodiness and irritability - my patience wears real thin real fast and I get downright bitchy. I've been on that roller coaster for about 6 weeks now. Time to clean it up and get back on track or risk making a lot of people unhappy - including myself. Glad to have a buddy along the way!
