    Primal Fuel
Lunch - Turkey, parsnips, salad with OO and BV, olives and almonds. Crap, there is a lot of left over bad food here. This is going to be a real test.

Are you home now, or still visiting? I always find it easier to stay out of the kitchen when I am company (well except at Mom & Dad's)

Tell her she can have the kid for the rest of the weekend and let her eat whatever she wants, while she is there!

I'm allowing two leftovers that have dairy (butter in my pumpkin muffins & pie crust), then 100%. I'm not willing to throw out perfectly primal food and I will eat the Applegate bacon I have because it's fair quality & I don't want to waste my money. I guess I could just freeze it for the month heh. I think those are fair concessions. The #1 things for me are no fried food (french fries while I'm out) and NO ALCOHOL.

I had parsnips today that had butter in them. A little real butter until I get home is just survival. In the book ISWF, they actually approve of real butter from grass fed cows. I have had a good day and will have turkey, veg and sweet potatoes for dinner. We will be here most of the day tomorrow too. I can do it. I feel strong.

Ooh, I LOVE parsnips. Just a tad sweet -- to me, they are like potatoes. Mashed, broiled, roasted, pan roasted. Swooning here...
