Today I start a Whole 30. Not my usual W30 with exceptions, but the real thing. I have reread "It Starts with Food" (Which is an excellent book BTW) and am ready. I will eat only meat veg and fruit (limited, low glycemic). Use only ghee, CO and OO. Cut all dairy, all grains, all seed oils, all forms of sugar. I will be limiting coffee to 2 cups/day before 12pm.
Starting Wt 238. I will weigh in again on December 23rd.
